Team Treacy - Keller Williams Realty - Worked with this couple for over a year to find them the perfect place at the right time!

They do not mention on the listing that half the back lot is sold and you'll lose one driveway on half the back yard... it's in the agent notes. I wouldn't have flown out if your listing was UPFRONT! Furthermore I messaged you about the wiring plumbing and roof with no response? I wouldn't BEWARE of this couple. Buyers need someone to be forthcoming which they unfortunately lack

We just closed on the lightning-fast sale of our home near Livingston Mountain thanks to April…read moreTreacy's excellent marketing of the property. By proactively reaching out to the brokerage community via a Coming Soon listing, April had the ultimate buyers of our home raring to go as soon as the listing went active. We were in contract three days later, and the super-smooth transaction closed early. April not only sold our home quickly and at the price we wanted, but she even sold our adjacent parcel that we hadn't even listed yet! :) It's my nature to obsess on the details of a transaction, and April made that a feature rather than a flaw in this transaction. Although there were almost no occasions for worry, April was great at reassuring me when I'd try to find something to fret over. April's transaction assistant Tiffany was always responsive and effective too. They make a great team! If we ever were to move back to SW Washington, April would definitely be our agent of choice. We unreservedly recommend using April for all your residential real estate needs!

Buying a house is really stressful and she was very calm and had resources at her fingertips to make the experience as seamless as possible. We lived 3 hours away from our new house and when we couldn't physically be present, we always felt confidant in Shay handling the situation. Thank you Shay!

I purchased a home listed by this brokerage, and I strongly encourage prospective buyers to proceed…read morewith extreme caution. My experience was defined by inaccurate disclosures, poor communication, and a complete refusal to take responsibility when serious problems came to light after closing. During the transaction, we were repeatedly told that the property had a holding tank between the house and the sewer system and that it was not a septic system. That representation was also made on the legally required Form 17 seller disclosure. A few months after moving in, the system failed and we learned that the property does, in fact, have a septic system - along with the maintenance obligations and repair costs that come with it. When we contacted the brokerage to notify them of the inaccurate disclosures and give them an opportunity to resolve the issue, they refused to meaningfully address it. We are now being forced to pursue legal action simply to recover costs that resulted from information that should have been disclosed correctly in the first place. Mistakes can happen in real estate transactions. What made this experience especially troubling was the combination of materially inaccurate property information and the complete unwillingness to take responsibility afterward. Buyers rely on disclosures to make informed decisions about what is likely the largest purchase of their lives. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone considering one of this brokerage's listings to independently verify every material detail before closing. Edit in response to reply from agent: Your response only reinforces my concerns. If Keller Williams truly took professional responsibility, ethical disclosures, and good-faith conduct seriously, the response to a materially inaccurate disclosure about a septic system would have been an effort to resolve the problem - not a generic public relations statement declining to address it. Buyers can and should judge for themselves whether refusing to meaningfully correct a major disclosure failure reflects the "professional service" and "ethical practices" you claim.
