Unfortunately Anytime sold to GoGen & after the hurricanes I contacted them to service my…read moreGenerac-they talked me into (in Oct.2023) a wi-fi relay system to communicate with their office (for a monthly fee of course) it burnt out after 5 months. Technician came out and replaced it with another customers device-I asked him who's name is on the box "oh that is my next customer, yours is in the truck" he changed to the correct one to find it did not work either. He then blamed it on the Controller on the Generac. They are demanding that I pay the monthly fee=FOR WHAT-the relay does NOT WORK? Generac Inc.referred me to another company and came and inspected it they said everything is operating as it should and I do not need the relay.
