Breakfast: traditional coffee, super fresh fruits, delicious chilachiles and extremely delicious Agua Fresca de maracuya.

We had a rich and delicious lunch here! The place is neat, clean and spacious, with a very simple but authentic design. The host was extremely kind and generous, accommodating and flexible with our order. We really enjoyed the whole experience! Highly recommended!

I prefer it. The seafood cocktail, shrimp and/or octopus, your choice, was quite large. We shared an anafre con botana, a pizza sized platter filled with strips of various grilled meats typical of Oaxaca, Oaxacan cheeses, and can't-remember-what-else, with the platter placed atop a stand. It's for two people but even so quite large, so we shared. At least, until I could eat no more. Fortunately, my teacher polished off the rest. My teacher spoke to the waiter. "There's té limón today. My teacher smiled, saying something like: "This is local Mexico. No credit cards here." I'd definitely return. Note: the restaurant is only open 1-6. Traditionally, the big meal is mid-afternoon.
