This was absolutely the worst experience I've had at an er in my life. Zero bedside manners. It's…read morethe older male doctor, so rude it is unbelievable. I will never be back, and I'll especially never take my kids here again. My daughter is 6 years old and even commented on how rude this man was. I'll drive to Nashville before I ever step foot in this facility again. We went in for my son who had a seizure, I told this man he didn't fall of the couch, that's not what caused his seizure; yet he told the hospital he transferred us to that that's what he ASSUMED happened. Didn't listen to a word I said, talked over me, really didn't seem to care and talked down to both me and my husband. He walked out of the room while my husband was speaking to him and said "my nurse will answer your questions" AS HE WAS WALKING OUT BUT AFTER HE HAD STOPPED TO LISTEN FIRST. and then he tried to say he didn't say something that he DID in fact say, considering my husband heard the same thing. The nurse was nice, but this is my second bad experience here with an employee having a shitty attitude. As scared parents you don't treat or speak to them the way he did. Why people like him become doctors I'll never understand since it's very apparent he hates his job/life. And when he came in with that sarcastic smile on his face claiming he didn't say something that he did say was actually crazy. I understand most ers are busy at that time of night but it's never an excuse to be outright rude. Disgraceful to say the least.
