They called my wife who had ordered it. She was asleep and didn't hear phone and they did not leave a message. They did not deliver dumpster due to cars in driveway and did not attempt to knock on door. Called later in day for status and was told about earlier attempt and that we would be charged $195 for undeliverable attempt. Jamie stated that drivers are not allowed to leave their vehicles to knock on door and this charge was clearly stated in contract. She would not allow us to talk to anyone else stating that she was "highest customer service" rep there and basically just said that's their policy so they scammed us for $195. Called another dumpster company who stated that Budget Dumpster is just a third party business that actually calls other dumpster businesses to get dumpsters and that being told that drivers cannot get out of their vehicles is incorrect. Budget Dumpster is pure fraud.

We had to explain ourselves 5 different times that there was no way our dumpster was that much overweight. It wasn't until we provided proof that the company conceded to their error and refunded the money. After reading several reviews on here it seems like a practice of theirs to charge people overages that aren't theirs. Makes us wonder if we didn't have a Ring camera for proof if we would have been out $785. We would not recommend this company as it's a bit shady.

Ryan is one of those decent people. i owned a business that required the help of roll-off bin vendors, and i was lucky to have found 1 that i liked and was trustworthy. i wish i had access to someone like this guy. He is a professional, he knows his stuff and he puts his name behind it. he keeps his word and his processes are smooth and easy for customers. the prices were a no-brainer after i called around for a week or so to get quotes. even if u think you have something cheaper lined up, CALL RYAN NOW AND SEE WHAT HE CAN DO FOR U!!! he will likley change ur mind over the phone or if u ever get to meet him in person. when ur looking for help from a professional, this is the person u r looking for. if this site had more stars to give, i would give them all. highly highly recommend.

I filled out their form online to request more info and they called me within fifteen minutes to see how they could help. I set everything up over the phone and I came home to it waiting in the driveway. They even put down wooden boards to keep the dumpster from touching the driveway - no gashes in the concrete to worry about with these guys. We filled it up over the next week, called to notify them when we were done, and it was removed first thing the next morning. I highly recommend these guys if you have a lot to toss. They were very flexible on delivery / pick-up dates, provided an easy to use dumpster for a reasonable price, and even went the extra mile to ensure my driveway wasn't damaged. The 2 drivers who picked up were both very polite & professional. They even swept up the driveway when they were done. Would use again if I ever needed this service.
