The buyer/agent was aware that I worked remotely from this home yet disconnected the internet nearly five full days prior to the close of escrow. In other words, she deliberately cancelled the internet before she took ownership! Needless to say, this caused me to lose income for at least two days. It caused needless distress and time (have you ever been on the phone with Spectrum?) for my daughter to restore service to the house for the duration of escrow. I wanted to avoid having to post a negative comment online so I reached out to the broker/manager. Unfortunately, the broker, J. Camarata, was arrogant and condescending to me. He basically said, "tough luck". I would avoid this office when there are plenty of other choices for your real estate needs.
