The…read moreservice tech (Mike) was very quick at "fixing" what was just a sensor that had come off the rail. He showed me how to fix it myself in the future. With that, three minutes after his arrival, my door was fixed and working again. But instead of just leaving, since he was already there and had to charge me for the callout, he also adjusted the height and chain, lubricated it, and also pointed out some future potential problems I should be on the look out for. The person who took my call was very courteous and helpful, and, as I said, response time was phenomenal. Mike was excellent, and I appreciated his work, ethic, and personability. I'll definitely be calling them in the future when I need more repairs.
