Tristan worked on my toes and I asked for a flower but since I chose regular polish, he said he could only do it with gel. He accidentally nicked my big toe as he was putting on my flip flops so he redid that big toe. The TV was blaring an action movie the entire time so it wasn't a spa like environment. But it was only $35 & with tip was $42. And the chair worked & the temperature was ok. Mom said the bathroom was filthy so we will not return.

I have gone to Nancy before, and she is a head above the rest when it comes to quality services that last. Unfortunately, when I arrived at my appointment time, two assistants were there already working on clients, and there were two additional people waiting. They asked me if I was okay waiting for them to finish the other 4 people. I told them that I had an appointment with Nancy, and they said she had the flu and I would need to wait for one of them. I always want people to take care of their health, but as someone who has worked in several service industries, I know the importance of communication. Had they notified me about Nancy being sick, I could have made other arrangements, but instead, I ended up paying a service charge at another nail salon for someone to stay after hours for my services. What made me even more frustrated is that they assess a charge if the client doesn't cancel within a certain notification window, so they would have charged me if I had not provided the same courtesy to them. And to add insult to injury- I made an appointment for my last visit, and they made me wait 40 minutes for that as well. The only reason I booked again was because they were apologetic and attentive as a result of their own oversight in booking. Needless to say, I won't be returning. I hope Nancy gets well soon and they re-evaluate their customer service practices.

Multiple fingers were filled in unevenly and even though I asked for square shaped, multiple nails were uneven. I paid for my service, but I will never return. I know that blood got on the nail file being used, but it was not thrown away. During the next week, while I waited for the cuts to heal, the acrylic started to lift in the bottom. But I do not want to sit in awkward silence while you clean up my neck or run the clippers over my skull wrinkles. I have graduated from Augusta University, taken time off to write, and am on the final stretch of grad school. My stylist, Devon, has had major life events of her own, but always waiting on me with a smile and clippers. With everything that has shifted, and is shifting, in my life these past three years she remains a deeply appreciated constant. May 9th, I got a perm. Well, it was the worst perm I have had. I'm 59 I've had many perms…read more First, she rolled it, and then she said I always over saturated ea rod. I looked like a white Tina Turner with a foe it felt dry and crunchy. It's absolutely horrible. After many hair mask treatments by myself using Sally's bond bar products, I got softer. I sent the owner videos of my hair. She offered free treatment. I went to 3 different salons right after may 9th, and all 3 said it was over processed, brittle lots of breakage. I asked if there was any treatments that would fix it? Not really, it was to damage. As of today I have lost 50% of my hair. I would never go back or recommend them for perms.
