    Worst experience ever and this is coming from someone who works in the automotive industry. My partners car was in there for some accident repairs and we had the "lovely" experience of meeting our service advisor Enrique. Horrible is the easiest way to describe him. The sheer attitude from this man set us off from the day we dropped it off. The day we dropped off the car wasn't even what we scheduled for. We were supposed to get an estimate then go from there but this money hungry man decided it was time to drop off our car that day, then proceeded to get upset when we told him we would need a day to sort out our insurance to get rental coverage then drop it off the next day. The returned statement was summed up too " are you sure? I mean it's your car I guess" then proceeded to walk off. I mean we aren't going to pay the rental when insurance can cover that. As I said before I work in the automotive industry, I understand that these reviews can hurt their pay but apparently that is all he cares about so might as well hit where is hurts. Yesterday was 09-30-24 or close out day in the automotive industry. We received 5 calls total, 4 from Caliber and one from the GM Jesse. This was our day off and was ruined by the relentless calls of a person who wanted his money. When I spoke with Enrique on the phone after the second call, I told him we were out and about and wouldn't be able to get the car til tomorrow. In return we received "A are you sure you cannot pick it up today. What is the problem, do you need a ride or something?" First off A-hole, that is not how you speak to a customer and second off I nor my partner need to explain why or what we are doing and why we cannot come get the car. In the end, we got hung up on. In the span of 15 minutes we got called another 3 times. I spoke with the GM on the last one and he agreed to wave the fee of a part not covered. We agreed to come and pick it up that day. At the end of picking up the car we were handed the key by him, no words exchanged and walked off. Guess he didn't care about the JD power or whatever survey they use to review advisors. All in all the work done was great, though I bet he didn't even ask the insurance about the Valve Gasket I mentioned but oh well. I warn anyone going here that if you have Enrique as your advisor either request a new one or find a different body shop

Y/D Automotive Mobile Services was one of the first to reply and also one of the most reasonably priced options for diagnostic testing. We received a clear quote up front, and they were very transparent about the service area, letting us know there would be an additional charge if we were outside their 20-mile radius. I appreciated that honesty and made sure to confirm the distance between us. We were assured our home was within range, which made scheduling easy. We set an appointment just a couple of hours later. When we received the text that he had arrived, my partner in crime went out to meet him, and he got straight to work. The whole process felt efficient and professional. When I finally went outside to hear the verdict, it turned out the issue wasn't nearly as bad (or as expensive) as I had feared, which was a huge relief. Y/D also let us know he'd be ready to come back out to complete the repair whenever we're ready. So far, the experience has been smooth, transparent, and reassuring. I'll be following up with another review once the repairs are completed, but this was a very solid first impression.

I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy.
