I've never had a fresh, 2 days from now, carrot dangled in front of me so many times. Experts at excuses in hindsight. For instance; It would be preferred knowing it a structural part that needs welding ahead of time as opposed to being told "hopefully", "should be", "if there are no other issues" it will be ready in two days...and then after being told the actual information. Truly an awful customer experience. I finally backed my "liaison" into a corner and made her definitively say it would definitely be ready in two days. She said yes but she would double check. Then 15 minutes later added two days. I'm never using clover for anything and recommend you stead clear of this company. They are experts at smoke and mirrors parlor tricks. Ole lady backed into me (thankfully she didn't run) and I was able to have her insurance cover my repairs. I got a quote from Derek at this location. He is an avid Patriots fan so beware. Hahaha just kidding. He was very thorough and inspected my vehicle. I was able to drop my vehicle off the next week. And repairs were completed accordingly. Quicker than expected too. I did see some scratch marks on the plastic door piece where they may have used some tool to wedge the chrome piece off. Also other chrome piece was not secured properly when they reinstalled it. See photos. Overall the paint job did look good. And Derek touched up 2 other tiny spots for me which was nice. read more

The receptionist is one of the rudest people I've ever dealt with at a collision repair service. I've been to the Woodruff rd. location in the past, and they had some of the best customer service I've seen. I DO NOT recommend the Wade Hampton location. A Lack of Comunication , i go to the place several times for any updates between they and the insurance company, I brought them the functional car and they disassembled it for the estimate, they charged for disassembling it and made me call a tow truck, I lost money with them for only making the estimate, exaggerating it so that in the end they declared it a total loss, a car with only a hood and a crashed grill . Let me start this with our vehicle looks great now, but the behind the scenes has been nothing but a nightmare. AND we're still not completed. We were recommended here by State Farm. Our car was predicted to be completed in three weeks. Fair enough. Five weeks pass and still no car. With little communication every excuse was used. Parts, weather, personnel were all a problem. I'm pretty forgiving, but at some point someone needs to step up. Gilbert agreed to cover our rental costs. Which is very much appreciated. Except they're not covered. I have yet to receive a refund. Our car was dropped off on Monday November 26th. Today is January 24th and still nothing. I would never bring a car here. read more

Working with Caliber was the one bright spot in a nightmare that followed a car accident where we were stopped at a stop sign and got hit after two other cars slammed into each other. Worst experience I have EVER had. You guys ruined everything you touched and do nothing to make it right. "Complete" $10,000+ in repairs and EVERYTHING needs to be redone and you offer $2500 for me to fix it elsewhere OR trust you to fix it again? Put my wife and 3 small children in an unsafe vehicle and then your "Quality Control" manager Norbert has the guts to look me in the eyes and tell me he would put his wife and kids in the car!! What a disgrace. The radiator fan clips were gone, the radiator was not bolted down, the horn didn't work, the frame was still bent. Trust me this is not over. I wish my truck looked this good from Ford! Specifically, I had some water marks in two of the panels that were NOT part of the repair. They have a mission statement on the wall that states they will communicate effectively with the client, there are also a list of goals on that same wall stating that they will have your car ready when promised. I would not believe either if I were you. I brought in minor bumper damage on Monday at the appointed time. The work was to take "a couple of days". My insurance company had given me a two day rental so that made sense. Tuesday I was told the car would be ready Wednesday and I returned the car but then was informed that my car would not be ready until Thursday. I called Thursday afternoon and was told that it would be next week. My objection lead the lady to leave the phone and returned with the message that the car was to be ready at 5:30 that day, she was sure. I arrived to find that the car was not ready. I insisted on seeing my car, it was in the shop and the bumper was being sanded. I went back on Friday, waited 3 hours for them to finish and then had to send it back 2x to be rebuffed to remove scratches. This was a frustrating experience unlike anything I have experienced in 53 years of car ownership. read more
