We visited this location for dinner and it was our first time to this new chain. It was a 10/10! Healthy fast food, yes please! There are so many great choices, really something for everyone. Service was friendly and helpful. They have a big menu with lots of customizable options. There were 3 kiosks for ordering and a very helpful staff member ready to assist with the electronic ordering system to ensure that the line stayed short. The food came out fast and hot and delicious. I had one of the grilled plates with the rock fish, 2 sides and the chipotle aioli! I also added the garlic toast (3 pieces) Chef's kiss I also ordered a pineapple green matcha, which was refreshing and light and went well with my entree. The food came out on really nice actual pottery plates/ bowls, which made it feel "upscale". I didn't take any pictures but can tell you the food looked exactly like on the menu, fresh and delicious. The Price was right; a good value for the money (portion size and quality ingredients). I ate a large portion for dinner and took leftovers home for a nice lunch the next day. My total price for food and drink, with tax and tip was under $24, which I felt was reasonable for today's economy. Astoundingly excellent fast casual restaurant with the least creative name possible. I tried this place on a whim and am now a loyal customer. The concept is fast casual seafood made to order on a flame grill. They have bowls fleshed out entrees, but my favorite is to build my own plate. You select your type of fish, your sauce and then two sides - Branzino with cajun sauce, kale slaw and cauliflower rice, for example. There are a few premium sides that add just a few dollars like Brussels sprouts which are wonderful. It's easy and delicious to eat healthy here. My only complaint is that they constantly run out of cauliflower rice. My suggestion is to not wait for a delivery but rather simply make it at the restaurant. It's so much better and healthier than regular rice. I should also mention that it's an exceptional value. For the shop being located in Nevada as a California-chain, the quality of meat was so good! Everything seasoned to perfection, the sauce rich and flavorful, and the potions of protein to vegetables to carbs were excellent! I loved how the chicken bowl contained kale slaw and rice, nothing felt overpowering and all ingredients blended well together very nicely. Would definitely recommend this to people living near the area! It has both indoor and outdoor seating, but the indoor wasn't as crowded during lunch rush thankfully even during the excruciating Las Vegas heatwave. I Yelped about it and the business owner told me to contact them. I did contact them and nothing happened. So it took me about three months to cool off and we finally returned. There was a manager wiping off the patio tables when we arrived. He seemed very nice and insisted that they run the food out to us instead of my husband picking up the food. I got the grilled salmon salad. It was very nice and well packed with salad. The manager came out and said that he had a new cook on and that I wasn't served enough salmon and bought out another small piece to me. I thought that was nice. My husband ordered the three piece battered fish with rice and beans and also a shrimp skewer. They accidentally gave him fries instead of rice but after the manager was so nice to us he didn't have the heart to tell him that the order came out slightly off. We are big fans of CFG and this location is the one closest to us. I like that they have shrimp options and combos for folks like me who are allergic to fin fish. My husband and I always have great meals here when we come. The service is top-notch and there's always a manager or the like who check on us during our visit. One of the fish dishes we received was completely raw in the center and clearly not safe to eat. This was not a minor undercooking--it was entirely uncooked and had to be thrown away. We had a great experience at CFG Centennial Hills today thanks to the amazing Kayvon (manager) About 5 months ago, we had our inaugural CFG visit at the Palm Desert CA location. Things did not go well so the CFG CA & AZ regional manager contacted us offering to make it right. He agreed to give us a gift certificate to this location so we can use it during our May Vegas trip. I tried to contact him to remind him several days ago but he did not respond. I called and got the runaround but was finally told he was no longer with CFG. I called this location and spoke to Kayvon. Rather than making me jump through more hoops, he simply said "come on in and I will honor what was promised". How refreshing! When we arrived, Kayvon immediately helped us order some food and offered suggestions. I got the sea bass, brown rice and roasted corn. Hubby went with the catfish, zucchini and rice. The restaurant was clean and the food was done promptly. We both enjoyed our meals - all ingredients were fresh and cooked perfectly. Kayvon checked on us which we appreciated.
