Daily specials for dinner. Everything is made on site. This is in the middle of a very touristy area with one tourist trap after another, which makes 'Time' restaurant and even greater find. Small restaurant, all windows open, so its as if you are sitting outside. Good music, Italian waiters humming with the music will serving tables. Nice.
