I experienced great customer service while conducting the business of renting it. It's a small, friendly type atmosphere. They do the right thing and they're there to support you at every turn. Eric was a fantastic communicator from start to finish. We are very happy with the condition of his razors and the terms of the agreement. Everything went great, everything ran great and I was super impressed with how well the new razors handled and powered through the dunes. If this is your first time hitting the sand dunes specifically, listen to his advise about the rubber clutch belts, he recommended we remove the cover prior to leaving for our trip and he provided a spare belt and tool in the glove box in the event of failure. Ask how to change the belt properly so if you belt breaks you know what to do out the sand in the middle of nowhere. This seems to be a common repair out there, so make sure to take a break from hard riding every 20 minutes or so for the belt to cool off. We had to replace one belt and luckily our friends knew what to do. Belts cost between 200-250$ in glamis so it's nice that Eric provided a spare , I'm sure he charges a fair price upon return of the razor instead of being at the Mercy of the Desert vendors. They even installed sound systems in all their rigs for streaming your favorite music. They provide everything from the Razor to the trailer to the hitch and pin if you're lacking. What an incredible experience it was renting from California RZRS! The customer service was beyond great if Eric would have just done half of what he did I still would have been more then pleased. My family and I rented a 4 seater rzr to go to Pismo Beach and we had a blast. The rzr we rented had some sort of cut in the rear tire that did not affect the ride but either way Erik sent us out a new set of rear tires just Incase. The next day the rzr we rented for some reason lost some power (we just found out a little hose fell off) so Erik had one of his guys drive 4 hours to swap out and give us a new rzr. Amazing experience, customer service, at a great value! We rented the Rzr turbo and loved the extra power when climbing and through the sand. There is also a storage space in the rear bellow the spare tire. There is a port where you can bring a car charger that kept our phones charged everyday. The off road lights were also perfect for night driving. Each Rzr is newer and kept In excellent condition. In addition to the Rzr we also were provided a trailer, lighted whip, and helmets. Also comes with an attached spare and an extra belt, We also asked and they provided us with a fuel can for the week also. We used our own $30 goggles. We towed it with our full size SUV with no issues, so no big truck needed. If you need info on places to off road the staff also has lots of insight just ask. We used it at Ocotillo Wells for the week and had a blast. We stayed in communication and they were very flexible on the pick up and rerun times. I rented a 4 Passenger RZR that had all the amenities that you wouldn't find on any rental light bar and a great sound system. The car ran amazing in UTAH on Paiute Trail and I now I know why it ran the way it did when I returned the RZR his team of mechanics had the RZR apart tightening everything check at the fluids, belt, adding air in the tires getting it ready for the next time someone wants one.
