I did receive a call and the only thing I was told was that the firm was not accepting new cases. No where on their website did it say this. No reply from their AI agent said this. I asked the person who called me why it wasn't on their website. Her reply was that they do specialize in malpractice cases but aren't taking new ones. Ok, fine. But why wouldn't you publicize that and instead have your public image be that you are accepting new cases? Seems fishy if you ask me.

The other fallacy is that Mr. Kleiner is a person that "walks the walk" as shown on his website. He is a very experienced chameleon who will over-promise and guarantee...and fail to deliver. To date, I am still unable to receive billing that would afford me the opportunity to gain compensation as a survivor of domestic violence...and it is very improper to be placed in such a position with a person who has purposely taken an oath to service the public with decency and respect. One must wonder why that is his choice. In addition, Mr. Kleiner fails to file timely replies to adversaries and initiate filings on behalf of his clients. This has cost me significant amounts of hardships and loss of credibility and time with my family as a result given the scope of my matters that he has had the privilege of handling (despite his lack thereof). Mr. Kleiner has apparently conducted himself as I have stated previously with a multitude of others. Recently, a local forum has been discussing historic behavior and very similar experiences to my own. As one woman labeled Mr. Kleiner "The Harvey Weinstein" of Bergen County, the best approach to avoid being caught in the web of inappropriateness would be to avoid Mr. Kleiner completely and seek reputable attorneys that have a strong track record (and reviews) which demonstrate their expertise and integrity. Mr. Kleiner has only gained so many "reviews" over the last weeks via close friends given the current events and his name being mentioned in the forum I have referenced. Of the 37 years that he has been in practice, there are just as many "reviews"; with the majority being posted only recently to recover the fire that he is under within the local community. It's disappointing that any person serving the public would opt to conduct themselves so egregiously. As the phrase goes, "Old dogs can't learn new tricks". Mr. Kleiner's tricks are surfacing.

We had photo evidence and witnesses, and yet he managed to LOOSE the case and blame the judge over it. I cried my eyes out that day, I had Just had a baby and had to live in this new scam of a house, we worked SO hard to collect all of the relevant information, and everyone I had spoken to said we had an undeniable case. Yet his lack of enthusiasm and perhaps lack of experience made us loose it all with no options left. I don't even think the judge was impressed with him. I am still dumbfounded as to how it all unfolded, what a fool I was. Not to mention this guy will take A WEEK to get back to your emails, even when you respond IMMEDIATELY. It was THE MOST FRUSTRATING THING communicating with him or asking him questions, he would even get snarky in some of his responses. Does he have another full time job that he does and this is just his side hustle? I don't know, but I will NEVER EVER go back to him. He is a liar, he overpromises and oversells. He sounded so good on the phone at first, and so genuine. But I quickly saw right through all of that as I worked with him. Wish I could get my money back. Never again.

slumlords of the attorney world.... no no no no no no no…read more don't do it, i do not like writing a negative reviews, i usually write about restaurants i love and great service i have gotten, but this is for those of you who want to have a divorce done for a reasonable price, not be treated like a fool,belittled, degraded, by a person like toni damiano. stay far away from toni and francesca, they will bill you and bill you and you will pay and pay and when you have no $ left, you will have have spent $50,000 , nothing will be settled, and she will drop you as a client so fast you won't even know what happened. emails will go back-and-fforth till you have no money left. every time toni has a meeting with you, she says " you know i had to cancel a lunch or dinner for this that i had made a long time ago to make time for you." she said this to me several times. i caught on, because francesca , toni's mini me, was saying the same thing to me when we had a meeting, francesca would say "you know i had to cancel a serious doctor appointment to meet with you." toni damiano walks around her office like the "queen of england "sticks her head in an office wherever a client is, and yells out in her disgusting effort to embarrass the client,," you know you owe me money right? you better pay it soon!" she loves to embarrass and belittle her clients, like i said, nothing but a true slumlord, ask and ask, told to be quiet, or stop asking the questions. the emails and invoices you will receive are written in the smallest illegible font, so you can't figure out the billing ,you will need a magnifying glass. i was materially misled prior to executing the retainer agreement. toni damiano, is professional while you are signing retainer agreement and giving her the deposit check, then she becomes the ultimate b*t*h. the representations made at that time of the signing of the retainer agreement not honored. then scheming begins, and never stops..the quality and tone of professionalism goes out the door and it starts immediately. the deceit, lies, cunning and sly scheming that she and francesca yuppa have perfected begins and never stops, and then she will dump you,&file a substitution of attorney, because you're out of money. toni's son, luke, passes him off as the office manager who does the billing, and she has expertly instructed him to insert double billing every here and there so you will never notice. toni refused to file a subpoena "for pendente lite " for me so i could pay my monthly bills . , "pendente lite" is a subpoena needs to be filed immediately , so the person with little money in divorce , has access to $ to pay their bills . asking toni many times, and sending emails " i have no money , "toni ,& francesca they never answered those emails. toni damiano, does this in an effort because she thinks she will not notice and you are a fool . toni and francesca right there emails in faint blue color so they cannot be copied .further limiting transparency and accountability. very sneaky toni damiano, and francesca yuppa are " masters of deception " "if you have $50,000 that you would like to donate to toni damiano, and have absolutely nothing done on your case, use toni. her mini me, francesca has been molded by toni.has molded francesca perfectly and so has the rest of her staff . francesca and toni work as a team, they will mislead you, deceive you, tell you not to ask them any questions and "don't be a puppet pulling the strings." they manipulate everything, and they have everybody in their pocket . toni damiano,'s son is the mayor of little falls. toni&francesca are the most disgusting, money hungry attorneys. don't do it, i am warning you. scroll down to the reviews from three or four years ago and you will see that they read exactly the same as mine. no no no no no no no no no don't sign a retainer agreement with toni damiano.

He doesn't just take your case and take your money he actually cares. I've had a few instances over the course of a decade in which I've had to employ their services. I have shown up to court with Kevin as my lawyers ever time and on more than one occasion I have had other colleagues of his and a judge explicitly tell me that he is one of the best. And I can from personal experience stand by that testament. He has not only had charges reduced, but there time instances where they have been dropped. The justice system is not as just as it would like to see from the side of the state. As with any state entity there is much left to be desired and so when one finds themselves in a position of needing assistance its important to find a firm that fights for YOU and Breslin and Breslin employs lawyers who care. Another huge selling point for me when I recommend this farm and specifically Kevin as legal defence for those who might find themselves in need it is the fact that he is not only a partner at the firm but also acts as a public defender in many different counties outside of his criminal defence work.
