If you are short on time this is not the place to pop in and for 2 minutes to purchase pens or other quick items. You may have to wait 5 plus minutes, sometimes more than 10 before you reach the front desk. This place is seriously lacking when you compare staff to consumers. Basically, they need more people behind the counter. I did come here to print a couple of materials for projects and they came out great. One was a simple book, and the other photographs for photography. My classmate on the other hand, had difficulties printing quality photos because their printer did not support colorful images. Workcenter for me is usually the last resort. The convenient location and my lack of knowledge of competitors in the neighborhood is the main reason I purchase and print items here.
