We hired Missy Calloway to do a home appraisal. She agreed to do the appraisal, came out to our home, went through our house taking pictures and asked a lot of questions. She said she was behind about two weeks but she would get our appraisal worked up and to us within a month. We never heard back from her. I called her office multiple times, left messages for her to return a call to let us know if there was a problem. We never heard back from her. This Appraisal Company is very sketchy. It is worrisome to have a stranger come into your home, take pictures of every room & all your possessions and walk out the door with this personal information. Thankfully, there are other reputable appraisal services in our area, but this isn't one of them. read more
