I was at transitions partial hospital program to help with a med change and work on my depression. Thankful to have had Kalean as my therapist while I was there. Additionally, the afternoon group with Mel was incredibly supportive and (even though I have been through the program), I managed to find ways to make the information even more pertinent to this most recent "stay." Nurse Mary, Norma, Kim and Vicki are always extremely compassionate and helpful. Stacy, Niki and Raquel are easy to talk with. In addition to Kevin and Lauren. Dr Javid and Christa take the time together listen. Audrey has a wealth of insight.... I felt extremely fortunate that psychiatry resident Dr Rahman was there as well. The last time I worked with her was last year in the behavioral health unit. In my opinion, she will make an excellent psychiatrist.

Sandra told me their office does I called back yesterday to set up an initial appt and Christina was saying no we do not I said well yes you do I know you do from talking to Sandra and I'm trying to set up an appt to be seen. Then she tells me I have to wait a day, so she calls me today and then tells me they can only see me between 11am and 2pm. Well I work, what am I suppose to do lose my job so you can see me for an initial appt. I don't get out of work until 4. Your office is open til 645 if the appt is an hour you have plenty of time to see me. I took a big step in coming out to my wife with my depression and admitting I need help that I can't do it by myself anymore. And I need help, and I reached out to this office because my therapist Tom Ritter told me too. And now I finally trusted my therapist and thought I could trust this office but I can't and now I feel back to square one. So thank you for not helping me and putting me in a more depressed mood of not being able to get help. I've been going to her for a bit for a variety of health issues (mostly migraines and general pain) and the care I receive is great. My migraines have become manageable and nonexistent at times!
