Don't go there! N'y allez pas!
English: Just like Sabine, I had the worst experience there. I bought shoes one day and finally at home, I realised they were hurting (and that they were not real leather!). I came back to the shop the very next day, with the receipt and the shoes that I had never worn. The lady was VERY VERY rude and told me that there is no exchange or reimbursement possible. She litterally kicked me out of the store.
She was also racist as it was clear she didn't like foreigners. She mentioned that Italy is different than America (but I am not even American). When I mentioned that I was French, she started to talk about president Macron that she clearly hated.
This was my worst experience as a customer.
I hope you will read this review before buying in this shop!

Tout comme Sabine, j'ai eu la pire expérience dans ce magasin! J'ai acheté des chaussures un jour et le soir-même, je me suis aperçue qu'elles me faisaient mal et que ce n'était pas du cuir. Le lendemain, je suis retournée dans la boutique pour remboursement/échange avec le ticket et les chaussures que je n'avais portées.
La dame était très désagréable et malpolie et m'a littéralement chassé de la boutique.
Elle était également raciste car il était clair qu'elle n'aimait pas les étrangers. Elle ne cessait de me dire que l'Italie, ce n'est pas comme l'Amérique (je ne suis pas Américaine). Quand je lui ai répondu que j'étais Française, elle a commencé à me parler de Macron qu'elle détestait.
C'était ma pire expérience en tant que cliente.
