I stumbled upon Motex while visiting Rio for a few weeks. After taking measurements of both my feet they made me a custom pair of dress shoes. They were done in a week! Fit perfectly, and the craftsmanship was excellent. I was so impressed that I ordered another pair. My wife even had a pair made. These types of shops just don't exist anymore. I'd imagine this is a throwback to 100 years ago when you knew the man who cobbled your shoes. While inside, I met a family who had been buying shoes here for two generations.
