You call to clarify something on your bill the girl is extremely rude. This is not the 1st time we have called and had rude customer service ! It makes me angry that only 2 of us in our neighborhood have this garbage company yet others have a different company. I wish we had the choice to pick, but it definitely wouldn't be rude people all the time. She acted like we had bothered her inconvenienced her over the phone ! Absolutely horrible company. Do not use. Horrendous customer service. Rude, unprofessional and terrible. They don't pick the trash up half the time. When you call to ask they'll tell you they're training new guys and they must've missed us. They lose your payment and then cancel service. When you call to straighten it out they'll tell you it was never sent and tell you to prove you paid it. When you do prove it and show them a bank statement they'll refuse to credit your account and still not pick up your garbage. You've been warned. This is a horrible company. Myself and all my neighbors have moved on to better options like Monarch who much much better to deal with. And cheaper. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. If you are looking for a trash company and have any other option pick the other place. If I told you all of the issues we have had I would be here all night typing. Worst part is you will spend months trying to get any management to call you back or even take your call and then they don't do anything to try to solve the problem other than say sorry. This company has no structure and leaves their employees to deal with the issues. I feel bad for the girl who has to listen to me call all the time bc her manager won't talk unless you leave a ugly message clearly stating you are pissed off. If you have any other option for a trash company, TAKE IT! When I moved out here, it first took over a month before I could get trash service set up with them. I left numerous messages, calls were never returned. The voice mail stated they were experiencing abnormally high call volume. OK, so it lasted a month, weird, but I finally got service set up. I just received my first statement from them and it has a late charge. THIS IS THE FIRST NOTICE! I haven't received any other communication from them. I knew they would be problematic, but how incompetent can a company really be and still stay in business? IS THERE PLEASE SOME OTHER TRASH COMPANY OUT THERE THAT WOULD LIKE TO SERVICE THE EAST SIDE OF BASTROP/PAIGE COMMUNITIES? With CAM Disposal being a small business, you would think they would offer good customer service. However, when the phone happens to be answered, the lady that we have dealt with, on more than one occasion, has a personality suited for a prison guard, not customer service. We are a small business with a dumpster that they have failed, more than once, to show up on the scheduled day. The last time, they showed only once versus the twice per week schedule and would not even offer to bring out a regular truck to pick up our overflowing garbage. Once they did come, the driver did not get out of the truck and left all the overflowing garbage. read more

I have only lived in the area for a while, so we've only had this service for a few weeks. Most of the time, trash is not picked up on time.

I've been using this service for almost three years, only because we are on a fixed income and they are the cheapest. However, we have had to deal with 1) the same broken can that was here when we moved in, 2) not emptying all the trash out of the can, 3) leaving trash at curb that is on the list of approved items, 4) MULTIPLE missed pickups (if the truck is full, they'll try to get you the following week), 5) if you are a day late on your bill, they charge you $5, but they can miss your house for weeks and there is no service credit, 6) customer service is abhorring, 7) picked up my can while I was working in my garage one day and drove off with it, had to call the company to get it back and it was covered in grease and trash from riding in the garbage hold. They didn't even offer to clean it up, just left it. 8) No service on normal work days, no explanation, just no truck in sight. All this to save $5 a month, and now their prices are going up. Switching within the month to something better, even if I have to pool the neighbors together and get a dumpster! read more
