The waitress was overwhelmed and flustered and did not seem happy to be there. However the Whiskey Hot Chocolate that we ordered made up for everything. It was delicious and very strong! It tasted like it was mostly Whiskey. In fact they have a whole section of their menu dedicated to alcoholic hot chocolate drinks. However I definitely do not recommend the baked goods. We asked the waitress which baked goods were fresh and she stated none. Well, she wasn't kidding. The brownie we ordered must have been sitting there for days and cost a pretty penny. In fact the prices were steep overall. If you order the Whiskey Hot Chocolate you may not care so much about the other things that are not so great about this place!

We came here twice in one day!…read more Located close to the central tourist area of Ronda, just a couple of blocks down from the bullring and a several-minute walk from the Puente Nuevo (New Bridge). For our breakfast, J and I shared the vegetarian breakfast combo (coffee, green smoothie, cheese, over-hard eggs, toast, and jam or meat spreads... which would then be not vegetarian) and the chocolate crepe. The chocolate crepe was kind of hard, maybe overcooked, wouldn't get it again but the flavors were good. Just the texture was lacking. The vegetarian breakfast combo was good and filling. The green smoothie definitely tasted healthy - you can tell they didn't add any extra sugar because the sweetness was mild. For lunch we got 2 sandwiches (bocadillos) to go. J got the Serrano ham and cheese (he says it was a bit dry, would have benefited from some butter) and I really enjoyed my tortilla con queso sandwich (sandwich filling was an egg omelette with cheese) It's part of a hotel so the bathroom was clean........ but you have to bring your own toilet paper because they don't provide it. Womp womp, I used the papery napkins from the cafe.

It really would be a great dive bar in America...so if that is what you are looking for...this is your place. It is a very typical rock and roll bar...except for the fact that there were kids in the bar.
