It was very icy on the steps, so I fully expected the driver to get out and help me with my bag, but no. So I rolled it down the ramp and he met me there. I thought he'd get out to load the bag in the back of the van, but when I asked about the bag he said to "put it in the back"! I said no you do it and after a short go-round he got out and did it.
