In all this time I have never had a bad tenant, never a late payment or any real complaints . When I had any building issues, they were quick to offer suggestions and had a few companies to hand to recommend. I never felt I was dealing with everything by myself. When I was trying to sell a few years ago, and recently, they were quick to facilitate this as much as possible by liaising with agents/tenants and potential buyers, and were quick to point out any responsibilities I had to my tenant as well as cooperating with my best interests too. Stout Ceramics always do a good job of our tiles in our house…read more We had them tile the hallway, cupboard, cloakroom, bathroom & en-suite when we moved into our house (November 2009) and they did a great job. We provided the tiles, but Ben did the work in a day and only charged somewhere in the region of £220 (labour/grout). He did such a good job that we recently had them back to replace the grouting on the kitchen tiles (which the house builders had put in before we moved in), and he did a good job of that without damaging any of the original tiles.
