They were available to take our dogs quite last minute for a few days when we had to go out of town and they are very flexible with day play dates. We love knowing that when they are boarding with City Paws that they are staying at the home of a City Paws staffer rather than a kennel or crate at some sort of facility. One of our dogs is a rescue and has always been nervous around new people but he seems completely at ease with Matt and his team. Both dogs are excited when they are picked up in the morning and seem to have an awesome time whenever they go out with City Paws for the day. They always come home happy, enthusiastic and exhausted (in the best way possible). Matt is also super responsive and easy to communicate with. They really know their stuff and handled my British Blue, Millie (who can be quite the madame!) with total calm and confidence. Everything is provided by them, from their professional setup to all the grooming essentials, so there's no need to worry about bringing towels or supplies. What I love most is how calm and organised they are; they turn what's usually a stressful experience for both owner and cat into something completely relaxed. Millie looked gorgeous afterwards and was surprisingly serene! I now have two of the best groomed cats in East London (I believe!) On both ocassions we were sent rude e-mails and in one was told "with all due respect it's not our problem".... when we were the other side of the world we were unable to do anything. Hardly makes for a relaxing time away. Furthermore, we were willing to be regulars as we were always away and had already tolerated their attitude as we thought there were no other options. Thankfully, I was wrong. We have since taken our business elsewhere and are receiving a much better service. From someone i think that actually cares about cats.
