Requested towing. Fast and efficient service. Great value especially with a late night call and needing a low sports car towed.

My son agreed to have the car towed to the shop, expecting to hear from the man the next day regarding the problem. When my son spoke to the man the next day and was informed that the mechanic had already fixed a very simple problem. No one ever discussed the issue or the cost with my son before they started working on the car. That fact concerned me, and I told my son to go ahead and pick the car up. The next time my son talked to the mechanic, he was told that the power steering pump was out (I already know this. I have replaced it 3 times already (two times within 3-6 months at one shop and a 3rd time at a different shop, so clearly there is a bigger problem than the power steering pump.) I told my son, who told the mechanic, I am not putting another dime into replacing another power steering pump because there is something else causing the pump to go out. The Mechanic said he would find out what the real problem was, but did not say there would be a diagnostic fee. I told my son again to pick the car up because I was already feeling uncomfortable with the fact that they completed one repair without discussing it with my son first. Additionally, the mechanic told my son one thing about the caliber, and my boyfriend something different about the caliber. Final bill: Shop Supplies (he said for using shop tools)=$50.00 Diagnostic: $125.00 (to find out the power steering pump is out?) Caliber Repair: $185.00 to put the bolt back in or to unstick the caliber? Tire: $75.00- There was no discussion or agreement for this man to replace a tire, but the cost is on the bill. Beware. If you do go to this shop, make sure you get something in writing regarding the cost of repairs before letting them start repairs. As a comparison, I have an Audi and my boyfriend has a BMW. We have had diagnoses at other, more reputable shops completed at no cost before deciding whether to have work completed. The standard at more reputable shops is discussing problems and coming to a well-informed decision prior to the mechanic doing any work. These people just start doing things with your car before you even know what the problem is. When my son arrived at the shop, there was no new tire on the car. They finally took the price down to $300, but it took having several conversations with them about how we were not satisfied with the services and the way they were handling things for them to take the cost down.

On January 21, 2026, my vehicle was towed while I was actively pumping gas in the gym parking area. The driver identified himself as Berry. During this interaction, he used profanity toward me without provocation and physically pushed me while removing my vehicle, which still contained my Emotional Support Animal. I am a United States protected Veteran and a paying member (Peak Results Member) at Crunch Fitness West Market Greensboro, where I train for my mental health and stability. Crunch management and front desk staff confirmed that they did not authorize this tow and that they were aware the vehicle belonged to a current patron. What should have been a normal evening turned into a traumatic experience. Being pushed, having my vehicle taken, and being separated from my ESA in cold weather was frightening and unacceptable. This incident has been reported to both company management and the Greensboro police. I am sharing this experience so others are aware and so appropriate accountability can take place. Photos are attached for documentation.
