Well, let me start off by first saying Dr. K. Clavin started off with an attitude from get-go. Then she told me that I needed vitamin B which according to my bloodwork is perfectly fine. I paid her $365.00 for hormone replacement pellets which didn't work. She shot my testosterone level through the roof. I called her after a week of being seen and let her nurse know that I was still having hot flashes, so they proceeded to tell me that I needed to wait 2 months before getting bloodwork again. Well as anyone knows that has had HRT it doesn't take 2 months to know whether they have worked or not to get a booster. After calling her multiple times she told me to just go ahead and get my bloodwork done again. My first bloodwork my testosterone levels were 26.3 Units: ng/dL. My bloodwork after her giving me HRT my testosterone levels were 301.5 Units: ng/dL. I called her back and her nurse told me that I needed to make another appointment and she wasn't going to give me a booster. So she wanted me to make another appointment for 365.00. If this isn't malpractice then I don't know what is. This lady needs to have her license revoked and shouldn't be practicing medicine. I would hate to see how she would treat a pregnant woman who was getting ready to give birth. I'm guessing she would tell her to come back in two months!!! She really should make this right, but she isn't . So I would call her a thief. I would give her a 0 but it's not an option. Oh and let me just say one more thing. Absolutely LOVE midwife Tiffany Williams. I switched to this office after my last OB office mistreated us following a miscarriage. Tiffany was incredibly sweet and supportive through my entire pregnancy with my rainbow baby. She answered all my questions without invalidating my concerns. I would text her any time of day/ night and she would get back to me asap. My partner and I left every appointment laughing and confident in our baby's health. She walked me through my birth plan and pointed us in the right direction without overstepping our wishes. I gave birth to my son 2 months ago and I don't know if I could have done it without her! She took control and advocated for us while she literally held me together lol (I birthed a giant, healthy baby with only a 2nd degree tear)! When it came time to talk postpartum birth control she helped me find a non-hormonal option without any of the judgement. Every momma-to-be deserves a Tiffany in their lives ! read more

Dr. Lobello is an amazing physician! She is always super friendly and efficient. She never disregards a concern you may have about the pregnancy/baby(ies).An excellent choice for mother's with high risk pregnancies. She did my first Cesarean delivery and was absolute perfection. I healed in record time and the incision was barely visible. I never have any problems with insurance or getting an appointment. I've always been satisfied with the service I received here. Dr. Lobello will always be my go to. I came back with my second pregnancy and will be back with any further pregnancies for as long as I receive this level of care. read more

I'm rating this four stars so you can see this comment. The doctor, Roskos, is actually a wonderful Doctor and I love seeing her BUT getting in contact with the office is IMPOSSIBLE! You never actually speak to someone and if you do they are of no help. Getting your prescription filled is the hardest thing ever. Oh and when you actually go to the office don't expect to talk to anyone there either because they are too busy gossiping behind a window. Other than my doctor everyone I've dealt with there is rude. Basically the only interaction with a person you're ever going to have is with your doctor during your appointment. Good luck. read more

Dr. Roskos and my daughter had a great doctor-patient relationship. However, on her last visit the office manager demanded my daughter's full SSN before they would check her in. She just turned 18. I work for the federal government and know that one of the businesses where identities are stolen is from physician's offices. To protect against identity theft, it is recommended that taxpayers do not give out their full SSN to other than banks and the government - the only 2 that you are actually required to give it to. At every other physician's office I have ever dealt with - they accept the last 4 digits of the SSN. Since the physician's office has a copy of the patient's driver's license; insurance card; full patient name, next of kin; date of birth;... - the office can easily identify the person "for billing purposes" (i.e. having to pursue garnishment of wages or other claims against the patient) with just the last 4 digits of the SSN. The office manager "Judy" who refused to give her last name - refused to check my daughter in to see the doctor unless she was willing to put her PII at risk or pay the "cash" price for the office visit. Not sure why paying the usual co-pay for our insurance was not sufficient. The doctors at this clinic seem to have good reputations but their office manager is either lazy; doesn't know that she doesn't need the full SSN to ensure the office can pursue non-payment issues; or is just a jerk. I think it's the latter and it's a shame. If more patients stood up for themselves and refused to put their personally identifiable information at risk and were sent away - maybe this clinic would get more professional and courteous staff. read more
