I paid for them to poison my weeds and the man was there for 2 min and didn't spray anything. They said they would respray if necessary when I asked for a refund. The weeds of course didn't die and they charged me anyway. They have nice trucks and advertising but just horrible service. I've been a loyal customer of Chorbie for more than 7 years. Service and customer service has…read moredeclined in the past few years. You now reach a call center and management no longer communicates with customers. Called two weeks ago to inform them that my entire was not being mowed and that I had grass down the center that was at least 3 to 4 inches taller. Gave them two weeks to correct, still not correct- it's now worse, I have strips of tall green grass and burned grass to the soil. Was promised crew would be out on Friday or Saturday to fix. Waited until late Saturday and was then told they were waiting on the crew manager to reach back out to them and they would try for Monday. I asked to speak to a manager and was told the new management team no longer does this. To add insult to injury, they mowed off a sprinkler head in an area they mowed too low. After I shared I recently paid over $400 to have my whole system checked and repaired, they came out within a few days to fix the broken head. When I called Chorbie Weed Treatment, they actually made an effort to keep my business as they now serve as two separate entities. I hired another company to come out and mow properly. Yard looks great again. It's just hard to believe they just let a loyal customer go that fast.

The pavers he placed were put down unevenly, there are weeds popping out because he didn't put any type of weed blocker cloth or spray. He put the cheapest gravel in there. Now my backyard looks like a junk house. On top of all of this he has the audacity tell me did a good job. After I posted the pictures on next door , he got criticized for his work and then he admitted on the next door app that his workers did a poor job. I didn't even know how bad a job he did until other contractors came out and looked at the backyard. He is a liar, cheat and fraud. He will telling you is okay, it looks beautiful when in fact he doesn't know head from what is doing. Please don't hire him , save your money.

Installation 6/18/2024........Imagine having to complete your own landscaping. It started when they…read morewere preparing the front yard, but damaged my neighbors yard thinking it was mine. I quickly identified that that wasn't my yard and showed them where my property line was..... not to mention, he got a photo of my survey. Once they completed installation, the products they picked looked to be superior. The installation of those products was poorly done. I called Diego later that day to ask him if he was going to fix my neighbors yard. He stated that my neighbors yard had weeds. I mentioned our HOA did not mind weeds but they do take issue with dirt/ mud (the exact reason why I got a citation and need landscaping). He agreed to come correct his . On 6/19/2024 I woke up to water my new lawn, as instructed, and realized one bush bed looked amazing while the other one was so close to the house they would have had no choice, but to grow sideways. I asked Diego to move the bushes and he tried to convince me that they looked good. After a few tries, he said he would move them. The issue was he sat them on top of the dirt and built up around it instead of digging a hole and putting it in the ground like the others. On 6/19/2024 I was told he would come and fix it that week "for sure" then proceeded to ask me for gas money to come and correct what he had done incorrectly. As you already know from above, he never showed up. I completed the bush bed myself.

Upon…read morecutting the grass, the workers left severe track marks from their machines, moved items out of place (which they did not move back), and did not even have the courtesy to close our gate (we have 2 dogs that could run out). On top of all this, they blew a whole load of grass onto our tree ring and absolutely ruined the aesthetics of it. Granted, they disclosed after the fact that bagging the grass would cost an additional $10 (we assumed bagging the grass would be a given). Our lawn actually looked better prior to these people coming in to cut it. If I could rate them fewer stars I would. Teno (who I very much find to be a great agent) was very professional over the phone and did not charge us for our service. However, given the actual quality of the work, we couldn't recommend to anybody.
