The caves are amazing in that they have been well preserved and a steady stream of families come from near and far to walk down the caves and hear the information the young lad shares with the tourist. This is an ideal spot for families. There is a picnic area before the entrance to the caves and there is a well looked after fenced off area for native animals and birds. There is a well facilitated caravan park beside the caves. Parking for cars and caravans is not a problem.

Both ladies who took us through the caves had excellent knowledge and a pretty good sense of humour too! We hadn't been here for around 40years and were very pleasantly surprised at how easy the walk from the shop and the tours were. There is no booking just roll up and take your chances when it is school holidays as it is very popular. It is the best thing to do on a hot day.

I called up and was met with great customer service. The lady was extremely helpful and gave us a great deal for a one night stay. It's also included 2 day pass to the zoo and private tours. The lodge was great, nice and clean, aircon and a great bathroom. The itinerary was on the bed for when the private tours were and all the meals. At 6 pm there was dinner served which to me was a bit of a weird way to serve dinner. You don't chose your own seat you are pretty much forced to interact with everyone else staying there. The prices for the wine is through the roof and you can't buy it per glass it has to be per bottle. The only down fall from lack of information was you need to bring your own snacks and drinks as that is not provided unless you want to take out from the mini bar in the roof and they charge yet again a lot of money for that. Apart from those little things the private tours were amazing and being able to sit on your balcony watch the animals, get to feed them and see behind the scenes and then get to drive through the zoo as well. Overall amazing and would go back again without a doubt. Loved it so much and worth every cent.

There are the lifeguards watching during the day. There are the kiddies pools with good quality shade shelters over the top and the large pool is divided into 8 lanes. Two lanes are always dedicated to the serious lap swimmer. The pool is heated too.... not like before! I froze everything beforehand. The entry fee is very reasonable and there is even a discount for old buggers like myself! Buy a seasonal ticket and save even more.
