It was the biased comments he made along the way, and the lackadaisical approach and attitude he exhibited. In my opinion, as an attorney, his feelings should have been kept to himself and should not have played a part in they way he handled my case. There's more to it, but at the end of the day, I would NOT hire him. There are so many other attorneys to pick from; make sure it's someone who really has your best interest in mind.

After multiple phone calls and emails, i drafted up a settlement agreement. Attorney williams refused to respond. I then had to hire an attorney. Now all of my settlement money goes to attorney fees. Attorney williams already has sanctions on his license and i have reported him to the bar. He should not be practicing law. I am out money now because of attorney williams.

Much to my surprise, (no offense to all you lawyers out there) at 9:00 a.m. the following morning he was ringing my phone. He says he has done a quick assessment of the situation. Explains that it is not a cause for alarm. He truly took the time to make sure I understood what the options were for my friend. Here's the punchline. He actually says that he feels it is not necessary for my friend to engage his services due to the circumstances of the issue at hand. So I don't know about the rest of you out there, but I never have come across an attorney that didn't want to take my money. Pretty impressive. And he didn't act like he couldn't get me off the phone quick enough.
