I called back with a very clear & detailed description of what I needed a second time, again, nothin back whatsoever after a week (knowing this was for a wedding coming up). after calling back, thinking it may be ready for pick-up, they again had no idea what the details were of my order, so frustrated, I gave up. On top of that, when I told her we had already gone through the detentions and order details twice already, she chewed me out as if I was being difficult with her because she was the only one doing everything!! Not my problem and not deserving of being talked to like that

I've been chairing a Christmas Tree Lot fundraiser for my children's elementary school the last…read morecouple years and have had occasion to work with A&L on a few tent purchases. The most unique product they've helped us with was a custom modification to their 20x40 tent roof truss layout that allowed us to incorporate a new roof truss along one side of the tent. This allows us to eliminate one leg pole and have a 20-ft wide opening rather than just a 10-ft opening. This was particularly helpful as it lets us easily move Christmas trees in and out of that section of the tent for cutting and installing stands. On our most recent order of a replacement 20x40 tent top, they even went so far as to make special modifications of the tent top to allow it to work well with our truss modification and an adjoining tent without us even asking, or really even realizing this would be useful. Talk about thoughtful service! Not only have A&L been extremely helpful, accommodating and timely on servicing our requests, but they've also been very considerate with their pricing knowing that we are operating as a school fundraiser. I'll continue to use A&L whenever possible and don't hesitate to give them my highest recommendation.

Pre Booking: When we initially chatted, Melissa made me feel super comfortable and she cultivated trust. I had no hesitations and we went ahead and booked her. What stood out was her commitment to her clients and how much she cares about her work. Leading Up to the Wedding: We did a final venue tour about a month out where we went over questions and site details with the venue coordinator. It went really well and Melissa guided us in thinking through final decisions based on her expertise, but did an incredible job at prioritizing our needs and vision. I put together all of our contracts, tablescapes, and details of who would be bringing what to the wedding in a folder for her so there wouldn't be any surprises for her. Day Of Wedding On the day of our wedding, Melissa took care of all of the details which included overseeing set up of both the ceremony and reception areas at our venue, being the contact person for our vendors, and ensuring we stayed on schedule with our photographer and for the wedding. When I arrived to the venue, she asked a few questions to confirm details and then sent me off to finish getting ready. I ended up doing significantly less work than I thought day of thanks to her! She was so incredible to work with and she ensured that we could enjoy our wedding day together and not have to worry about little details. As an event planner myself, I would highly recommend her to anyone who is looking at ways to ease stress and enjoy their wedding day!
