The staff there are friendly and professional. The facility doesn't have fancy frills or live-streams but it's affordable price reflects that and my dogs could care less. There have been a few times I asked for updates and the staff have sent me photos and videos of my dogs to ease my concerns. Overall, it's a great business that gives me peace of mind that my dogs are getting exercise and positive engagement.

Otis has struggled with separation anxiety, but by his third day at daycare, everything changed. Now he gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot and doesn't even look back at drop-off. That alone says everything about how comfortable and happy he is there. He comes home completely worn out from playing all day, which we love. We actually drive 25 minutes out of the way just to bring him here, and it is worth every single minute. He sits when we stop and has become very good at laying down on command. He is a joy to walk, no pulling or side trips while on the leash. The techniques that are taught are easy for both handler and puppy to learn. We went with them because we saw a couple of their students at a local Fleet and Farm and were impressed with their pups behavior. I am traveling with my new kitten and she got diarrhea and I had to take her to the ER. She is fine now but I wanted to get her a bath before driving back to Iowa city. The kind woman on the phone said they do not take kittens but would be happy to help if Alicia the groomer consented. She did, so I brought my kitten mango in. Not only were they so gentle and kind, they made sure to get to know mango and my's backstories. I even heard the groomer make it a point to meet the parents of other dogs she has just groomed to ensure she was 100% happy. I was nervous mango wouldn't like it, but she was so calm and sweet with them. I expected to pay about $20.... but nope! FREE OF CHARGE because all they wanted was for mango to get home okay. They probably aren't the cheapest in town but you get what you pay for if you wanted the cheapest you probably wouldn't recieve the best care. We recently had to put down one of our dogs. The staff here cried with us and sent us a card signed by everyone telling us how sorry they were for our loss. It's great to have people that make you feel like more then just a number. People that make you feel like your pets matter to them too.

The doctor and staff were so kind. I could not have asked for anyone better to deal with the situation. They let us have time with our cat to say goodbye. When my daughter starting crying they have her a cute teddy bear to comfort her. Amazing!! When it was time to pick up his ashes they were in the beautiful wood box and it was engraved with his name. We also got a clay ornament with his paws and name on it. So as I am driving home crying I walk in the door and in the mail was a beautiful card from the doctor and staff all with personal messages from each one about our loss. I was absolutely blown away!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! So THANK YOU SO MUCH for all your kindness during an awful time.

Way back when he started he wasn't really very good at playing with other dogs because he wasn't really exposed. They watched him closely with small dogs first as he stayed. He graduated to the big dog side but I think he prefers people still. I really love the detailed receipts. The thing I love the most are the cameras!!! One wish would be to get pictures of the dog walks. Other than that we love this place.
