Camp Brightside is an awesome family destination. The food is great, cold drinks and entertainment for adults and kids. Great staff. It was slammed when they opened and service was a not fast food fast, but not terrible. They have changed the ordering process and is awesome now. A must try!

We had hamburgers there with about 30 people. They were received not long after that. They were good. They have a place outside for games.

Food promised as gluten free was not. This is really a problem. One of our party is still sick as a dog hours later. Really disturbing.

The restaurant was clean and organised. Food and drinks: This is farm to table type of restaurant that serves locally grown produce which is always great to see. The food is made in house and from scratch. Food selections were good, especially the steak portion. I ordered 14oz steak with purple potatoes, mushrooms and green beans. I ordered medium rare steak that was cooked perfectly. It was tender and well seasoned. The wagyu burger was well prepared and tasted great too. We ordered margaritas and both were made exceptionally well. Highly recommended. Pricing: $$/$ - well worth the service and overall quality.

I ordered Stuffed Trout and enjoyed every aspect of the dish. The trout was fresh, firm and cooked perfectly. The sauce was a compliment to the flavors of the fish, as well as the rest of my plate. We went into Marco's, and we were helped by Ross, he's the manager and also the gentleman I spoke to on the telephone. I told him all of my food, allergies and he made me the most beautiful pizza with gluten-free crust, sugar-free sauce, and lots of beautiful vegetables. It's hands-down the best pizza that I have ever gotten. My husband got a pepperoni pizza that was on sale and he was very happy with it as well. This restaurant has both booths and tables. It's very clean and very comfortable. In addition to pizza, they sell sandwiches and salads. I highly recommend you visit, I can hardly wait to go back! Thanks Ross!

The when I tell you I want to cancel because of the delay and your smart remark you tell me you don't have to listen to me and hang up?! The amount of reviews taking about their attitude and NOTHING is being shows that the managers/owners don't care. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS HOLE Edit: The food showed up over 40 mins after posting the review which is over 1.5 hours AFTER the estimated delivery time. It was obviously ice cold. After the interaction over the phone, why would we eat this?! How do we know it wasn't messed with? In fact, I'd bet a paycheck it was!

We had a hankering for some good Pho, and since this place was close by, we tried it out. We've had…read morePho in both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, and of course there is nothing like the real thing in Vietnam. The place is relatively small, with about 12 tables. When we got there, we opted for a table along the wall. There was only one other table occupied, so I was happy that it was likely service would be good and fast (which it was). We were seated and provided menus to review and our server brought waters for us right away. The selections on the menu are wide and varied. Not only do they serve Pho and vermicelli dishes. but they also have a variety of fried rice, Chinese dishes (think orange chicken, sesame chicken, etc.). There is a small menu for kids as well. No beer or wine options, so we stuck with the water. We ordered some roast pork spring rolls, my wife ordered the Pho Tai Chin (rare eye round, steak and brisket) and I opted for the Pho Bo Vien (meatball). The spring rolls arrived quickly and were served with a cold peanut sauce. The sauce was not as thick as I've had at other restaurants, but it had decent flavor. The spring rolls were large and stuffed with noodles, lettuce, and roast pork pieces. The pork could have been sliced thinner, and it made for some extra chewing. I suspect they just use the roast pork from the grilled pork vermicelli. Our Pho arrived in large bowls along with a generous condiment plate of cilantro, sliced jalapeños, Thai basil, limes and beansprouts. There was chili crunch, soy sauce, Hoisin sauce, and Siracha available on the table as well. I tasted the broth before doctoring it and was a bit disappointed in the lack of real Pho broth flavor. I do make my own using a recipe I got while in Vietnam, and this was nowhere close to what I've made or have been served elsewhere in the past. It was weak, none of the cinnamon or star anise flavors, and I had to load it up with salt, white pepper, a generous amount of chili crunch, and even a bit of Siracha sauce. While it still didn't bring any of the true Pho broth flavor, it did make it more tasty. The bowl had chunks of meatballs, plenty of rice noodles, onion, and once I loaded up on the cilantro, basil, jalapeños, beansprouts and lime, I was ready to dig in. My wife agreed that the broth left a lot to be desired, and she didn't finish hers. She used the Hoisin to dip the meat into as it had little flavor otherwise. I ate most all of my bowl contents, but left most all of the broth (which I usually finish if it is good). Overall the experience was good. The service was great, the prices are comparable to most Pho places these days (I remember when I could get a bowl for $9.00 not too long ago instead of the $16 these days). Will we be back? Probably, but not for the Pho or any of the Chinese and Thai options on the back of the menu. I'd like to give their vermicelli a try. One recommendation: have an option for a smaller Pho serving size. I mentioned it to the server and he indicated that young people like the large servings... OK but what about us older folks that don't eat near the amount we used to. Atmosphere: 9/10 Service: 10/10 Food: 7/10 Value: 8/10

The reviews on Google were mainly about the "waiting for food/service/seating " *Something told me TRY IT ANYWAYS!* The family-of-4 loaded up and drove 15 min! Upon arrival, the strip mall was clean and the Restaurant was poppin'! I was prepared to wait for host/service (& kept my mindset positive) WE WERE GREETED by the kind hostess IMMEDIATELY, & promised a table within 10 min ONLY TO BE SEATED WITHIN 7!! Yay! The space was bright & tight yet purposefully placed. the booth we sat in felt cozy, & had perfect people watching opportunities (as well as kitchen watching). The kind handsome young lad that was our waiter instantly gave down to earth and humble vibes. His quiet deep voice, dreads & baggy jeans screamed "youngster with a passion" (honestly I enjoyed his presence, he reminded me of my son) He showed up often enough, yet still gave us our family connection space! So GOOD! So so good)*** I kept warning my family "NOW REMEMBER, these are special waffles.. they have to milk the WAFFLE COW FIRST, SO PUT ON YOUR PATIENT PANTS". We ordered drinks from their seasonal menu (a must) : The Coconut Chai tea Iced! My Husband was stationed in Hawaii for most our families life, and this drink brought us back to the Islands Our food arrived HOT & fresh within 10-14minutes! Every item was superbly smothered in the sauce of choice 1st meal: eggs Benedict ! I always have to order extra hollandaise sauce: NOT TODAY!! The sauce was buttery smooth and the waffle was crisp yet soft, everything was delicious ! I needn't add a thing! 2nd meal: The BLT (-added smashed avocado) my daughter is the a BLT critic, she crafts them up, and orders them often! Her words : "wow this might as well be the best BLT I have ever tasted!!" 3rd meal: my son orders the chicken and waffles, the gravy was the star of this dish! His discovery was mixing the warm syrup with the seasoned gravy to add the perfect sweet savory concoction to every chicken and waffle bite! 4the meal: my husband was craving a classic omelette! He chose to do the build drone omelette, he put exactly what he wanted on it nothing more nothing less! And of course he chose the waffle to go! From the warm better, to the sweet syrup and everything in between from potatoes to beverages to heaven and back! WE ALL HIGHLY Highly recommend this mom-&-Pop shop! I hope this business goes far, I hope it spreads across the land! Well done! Well done!

As we were walking to our table, my feet were slipping as if there was grease on the floor in the front of the restaurant as well. It kind of made me feel like I was at a Jack in the Box at 2 AM. Our server was very kind and attentive; however, the place overall did not look very well kept together or clean. I would say, on a cleanliness scale, it was a 3 out of 10. I don't recommend this place. The food was truly not that good for the price at all. I ordered four dishes and four drinks, and my total was $77.33, not including a tip. My husband and I both agreed that if we would've gone to Panda Express, we would've enjoyed it more for half the price. If you would like to sit down and enjoy Chinese food in a restaurant, as this one is advertising, I'd highly recommend going to Hunan Lion in Round Rock, Texas. We recently moved from Round Rock to Jarrell, so we were trying to stay closer to home, but never again will I eat here. The person talking to us who the speaker was friendly and then not friendly. I said can we have a large Coke and she said do you mean a large Pepsi in a not so nice voice. No actually I meant a large Coke but I didn't know that they only had Pepsi. A nicer way to say that is we only serve Pepsi. Would that be OK? Anyway, her tone was harsh, but after learning that she was the only person running the business that day I understand that she was probably very frustrated. After we came to the window and paid for our food, The worker asked if we would please pull forward and she would bring the food out. I saw that there was a car at the drive-through behind me, so I did pull forward, a move that I regret. She helped the next three cars and they all left with their food and I'm still parked waiting for my chicken nugget combo and sandwich. I walked inside, the place looks depressing. It's plain. It's a little bit dirty, it had pleasant music, but definitely not a place. I'd want to sit down and eat. They had some Halloween decorations up, although they were sparse and did not look festive at all. There was another customer standing at the counter other than that I could see no one so I yelled out "hello!" A woman walked out and I said you've helped three cars behind me and still haven't helped me. Is there a problem with my order? She said no, you were the sandwich in the nuggets right -- I'll get it right now. Then I noticed there was no one else in the store I said are you working here by yourself? And she said - Yep. I don't know how she expected to leave the store, walk out and bring me my food. I honestly don't know how long I would've been waiting if I hadn't been assertive and walked inside. I will never be back at this location again. There's a lot of other businesses that serve chicken! I wish I would've read the reviews before I got in the drive-through line, but I've always enjoyed KFC so I didn't know what I didn't know! Great service and delicious food…read more We've only been a few times at this point, but I did want to share a few thoughts. First, the service is great. Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with the customary "Irasshaimase" (いらっしゃいませ). That was a blast from the past! The waiter immediately seated us and was attentive throughout the meal. When it became a little busier, his visits were a little more sparse, but he was always available with a wave of a hand. When I asked if they had Chilean sea bass, by chance, he said no and apologized. Then he went on to say that if we call in a week in advance, they could order some and prepare it for us. How cool is that? It isn't the only place I've had that offered, but it certainly is extremely rare and a good sign that they have a good relationship with their fishmongers. On both occasions, we were a bit flustered after being out all day doing errands and stuff. We were voracious but also a bit exhausted. LOL. So we opted to be measured and order just a few rolls between the two of us. While I don't remember the names of the rolls we tried on either occasion, I can say that they were delicious both times. One thing to note is that their rolls are a little rice-heavy. Not a problem if you're used to it. But it is a concern if you want a bit more protein, as you'll fill up faster! Wasabi looks and feels like a typical sushi joint. All in all, it is a great experience. Their menu has a nice selection and is a bit more quaint, and offers a quieter experience. We plan on visiting a few more times to try out a few more things unique to Wasabi and to see if the experience is consistent. Definitely recommend it if you're on it's side of town.

My overall experience was good but wasn't bad but just in the middle. Not the best sushi I've had…read morebut also not the worst, a few pros and cons. Cons: The rice is missing more vinegar, the rice is slightly hard in some grains and it's lacking flavor. It's decent sushi rice but to me it doesn't taste like sushi rice. The 3 rolls I ordered were smaller than I expected maybe because I've gone to soo many sushi restaurants and expected middle sized rolls with more avocado and imitation crab in the center. The salmon is very orange for some odd reason. Love the baked volcano roll, creamy at the end, warmer baked imitation on top. Pros: The fish is fresh, you can see the avocado, the white fish, the salmon, the tuna, and I will say the fish is fresh. If your that type of person that is going for quantity over quality, it's not that bad of an experience. To pay $17 for a buy one get one free, that is it's only saving grace. If it wasn't buy one get one free, the value to dollar would be off but luckily they offer that promo. So when I look at the price to value to quality and quantity, it's just in the middle. Not bad. Not good. Just Alright alright alright
