I recently bought a 2022 Enclosed Trailer through Hazard Marine and was very satisfied, i decided to stop at Camp out in North Oxford Ma Rt 20 to see about buying accessories for the trailer, as i entered this angry looking employee was sitting in a chair in the showroom staring at me asking me what i needed, i said I'm all set just looking. He proceeded to follow me through the whole store, as I'm looking around another employee asked if i needed something and I replied im all set just looking, after 5 minutes of them following me around i told them im leaving because you obviously don't trust me in your store and left. I'll never do business with them ever, what an awful way to do business. please note that I'm in law enforcement and have a short haircut and looked professional and still was treated that way. they are the worst. read more

This guy is an absolute ASSHOLE, had my trailer for 7 hours total hack job said it was all done an D's lights still weren't working properly.... said he didn't care about my "f"ing trailer charged $180.00 for a cheap plug and some electrical tape... could done better at harbor freight. was looking for a trailer hitch for my suv. i called in and was waiting for a couple mins for the guy to look up the part and i lost service and got disconnected. 4 mins later i had a voice mail from the place saying " ill cancel the hitch for you that i just ordered. dont make me order something if you dont want to wait for me to order it" sorry pal you had me on hold for 5 mins and i lost serive! very unprofessional. read more
