I had the same experience that April mentioned. My son was SO excited to try this new camp with promises of swimming everyday (They didn't swim once.), canoeing in the river (Didn't do.), etc. (I also bought a life jacket for my son but it wasn't even used once.) He said he never wanted to go there again. I was upset, because like April, I spent extra so that he could experience all they stated. I reached out to KidCam and they reimbursed my money. In the future we will stick with KidCam at Pelican Park. He's gone to that one for years and has always had a fun time. read more

Amazing camp and staff! My kids are hard to please but they have had so much fun and can't wait to go back.

I sent my 10 year old daughter to camp on week 7 of the summer camp season. I understand that schedules change and it is the end of the camp season so people are tired. I received a list of activities that the kids were to do. She never did archery because they didn't do it her week. River day was a bust because not enough counselors so that they could kayak or tube. So basically I spent a large amount of money on a life jacket so she could walk the river. The pool had slime on the sides and I know the water slide was deflated twice when I came to pick her up. She said they played games but no crafts no jewelry making. She was disappointed and I feel ripped off. The staff seemed nice when I meet them. The camp pictures looked beautiful, but don't be deceived by the pictures. I understand some parents need this camp for daycare purposes , however I sent her to have an experience that she did not get to have. I would not recommend this camp to anyone. read more
