The exceptional customer service started with their office manager Jenna and it only got better with the actual inspection that was done by Jason. Upon receiving the report, I was blown away by how detailed it was. I've dealt with a handful of inspectors and have heard about the experience from friends/family and I will say that this company exceeded my expectations. The report was really thorough and I can tell that he really made sure to give his 100% in every aspect of the report. I personally decided to pay for the additional services and I don't regret it.
