You know when he's there, when he's leaving and when he'll be back. He takes a great deal of pride in his work; it really shows. Fortunately, he wasn't paid for anything that he hadn't done so I didn't lose money, but I was still disappointed. There are far too many people out there claiming to run businesses, especially landscaping, who often don't have the skills and/or proper business practices to keep their customers satisfied and their businesses financially viable. They really give a bad name to other competent landscaping businesses that do excellent work and treat their customers fairly.
