I was then referred to Dr. Roith and immediately appreciated the way he looked for and addressed the "root cause" of my foot pain and developed a surgical plan accordingly, as a final resort. I have had Morton's Neuroma for about 7 years, and after countless unsuccessful treatments at prior podiatrists, Dr. Jameson was able to expediently assist in confirming that surgical intervention was at this juncture the most plausible option for relief (though not opting this route until thoroughly confirming via x-ray AND MRI). I had an additional issue in the same foot, and she was able to treat both issues in my left foot. Dr. Jameson worked with me not only to resolve my issues, but also in scheduling me within a VERY short time frame, in order to have the procedure fall within a timeframe in which I had met my deductible before it doubled. Not only did she resolve my medical issues, but was immediately understanding and very willing to work with me on a tight timeframe. Post-surgery, she answered a question on a Saturday, and my recovery time was exactly as promised. Not even a month after two procedures on my foot, I'm able to chase after and wear my 9-month old, and beyond grateful I will continue to do so, pain free! Beyond Dr. Jameson, the entire staff at Kansas City Foot and Ankle was exceptionally customer service focused. Katrina, who assisted me with scheduling was lovely and very accommodating. Krista, Dr. Jameson's nurse was equally nice and expedient in returning my queries. I'm failing to remember the name of the receptionist, but she was always very warm, and remembered my son's name. Now, nearly a year later, another Dr. is giving me the necessary information to continue caring for my feet. I have a genetic condition that effects the growth of me feet. Basically one of the bones starts growing again and the only way to stop it is surgery. My mother had the same condition and he did the surgery on her feet and once again perfect. She then had a horse step on her foot and crush it and Dr. Geduldig did another surgery and pinned her foot back together and it was like it was never crushed. I now am having the surgery on my right foot next week and expect there to be no issues. His nurses are spectacular and his office staff is caring an understanding. He will sit down and go through all the options with you and doesn't force any decision on you. He just lays out the options and he tells you which he believes is best then lets you decide.
