I called Philleo Agency Insurance in Brookfield and what a stroke of luck that was! Jenna Starr took my call and listened to what I needed. She asked me many detailed questions about my home and current coverage. Then she asked me to send over my current insurance company's declaration of coverage so that she could do a thorough comparison. After 3 days Jenna called me and was excited to tell Me she found me some great coverage, for BOTH my home and car, much more than I currently had and for less money. She emailed me The paperwork so we could review it. Then a few days later we met in her office and went over all the coverage and numbers. We had problems with the company and the old agent couldn't really do much to help us. We switched to Wisconsin Health Insurance Advocate and Sadie was able to quote us more plans we hadn't been told about before, and got us enrolled in a co-pay plan that the employees like better and costs the business less. She's even helping us figure out how to negotiate down an employee's medical bill that seems to have an error on it. When we had new employees she responded to our request for help in no time at all.
