I always thought the negative reviews of this place were false. But today, I learned that to be false in itself. The owner of this store is rude.. I have been going to this shop for over a year. I always go here. Today I noticed he was charging me 25 cents to use the debit on a $38 purchase, I asked if he charges to use the debit and he said "oh yes" I said okay, nevermind (I literally only had $38 in this account for bus tickets). He went on this huge speel (angry I may add) about how he pays for the bus tickets and he needs to make a profit (keep in mind, I have NEVER had a store charge me 25 fucking cents because they need to make a profit, if that's the case... don't sell them!) blah blah and then rudely says "so have a good day" and turns to the next customer to help them. I was shocked as all get out... Like I said, I'm a regular customer of this store, have never been rude. In fact, let me tell you about an incident that happened, that I said NOTHING about, because I didn't wanna get them in trouble. While I was in the store one day, the guys dog is barking in the back yard, suddenly I see it charging at me in my peripherals, it jumps up on me, pushing me into the candle display and biting my arm. Again, I said nothing.. I even continued to pay for the items I had brought up to the cash. I should have left right there. the owner was Golf Putting in the store. Did not even acknowledge that I was in the store. NOTHING. I left. I wanted to give Zero stars.

They don't have your UPS package, even if UPS says it's there. They'll say there was a mistake and they don't have it. They will find it after you call UPS and complain. They'll upcharge for fuel and damage on any uhaul returned there. The inside of the store looks like roaches and damage. I spent a over an hour there a few days ago, and I saw many people on their phones in and around the place, calling customer service for UPS and Uhaul. Some were more upset than others. I went outside because there was a man screaming and swearing on his phone inside. The whole time I was there, nobody bought anything, and nobody left happy. read more
