VERY nice camp ground! I would absolutley recommend Camp Municipal. I was happy to find a camping…read morelike this:.. basic, no party all night long, mixed guest, very cheap because no unnecessary expense for "crazy extras"! I don't need a "wellness clinic" I want a nice and atmospheric place near the ocean. If this sounds suitable for you and you don't necessarily need super modern sanitation - I can warmly recommend Municipal! I can't remember a camp ground that was closer to the ocean than this one. No exhausting climbing through dunes.. only 40 meter behind our tent lay the ocean with a beautiful view over Fort Boyard. I also would like to point out that the employees were very kind and helpful, the nice Madame at the reception even spoke german and english and was so courteous by showing and explaining everything to us. This was the best camping site during our tour this summer!
