Svolge il suo lavoro in modo efficiente e veloce; indicato inoltre per chi deve rinnovare il famigerato e tanto odiato "Bollino blu". Il sorriso di Fabio però riesce quasi sempre ad alleviare il dolore procurato annualmente da una tassa inutile che finisce nelle tasche di una regione colabrodo. Il suo dipendente, anch'egli sorridente, saluta con garbo in tutte le occasioni. Se poi sei appassionato della Grande Guerra, nell'ufficio di de Moliner potrai trovare un piccolo museo di preziosi cimeli che custodiscono un valore affettivo immenso nel cuore del titolare.
