But one male staff told me that they could change from the one bottle of wine to the paring wine set without extra charge. But it took too long to receive dishes to enjoy with the wine. Only 3 course dinner took about 3 hours. My boyfriend received his beer and I received one glass of sparking wine after 30 minutes. All the beer form was gone and warmer to make a toast together. After soup, we could not receive the main dish over 1 hour. My white wine became warmer and I finished before the main dish came. I complained about the situation to female staffs. Then we received the main dishes. I was served the same sparkling wine again. And I didn't receive a glass of different wine to pair with the dessert. It was tasty but very frustrating dinner. Next morning we found the bill was wrong when we checked out. I asked the front desk male staff to check about it to the restaurant manager. But he told me that he was not able too. My partner got upset and told me to give up. It was not right. So I told about the female staff working next to him. She was not to fix the issue, either. So I asked her to tell about it to the restaurant manager how disappointed we were. It's not reasonable to pay that amount for this guest service. My boyfriend wrote that it's for my birthday. But no one said happy birthday and no special service as my friends received when they celebrated their special days on other Ritz Carlton. Again we had great time but are very unhappy about the way too long dinner and the wrong billing.

I travel a bit & it is not often you meet someone that takes pride & enjoys what they do. She made sure we were settled in & gave some great recommendations on places to go. Also, I forgot my phone in a taxi & she hunted the driver down & got intouch with him, resulting in me getting my phone back. Ramona went above & beyond what most would do. As a tour photographer, I have spent more than 5000 nights in hotels - all kinds of hotels. Apparently, there is some funky change in the hotel scene, as out of a sudden all this new chains are popping up. This was our third stay in a new chain called Viennahouse Easy - and this on there in Braunschweig is so new that it was not even on yelp ;-). It's a fun place - they strive to be young and urban and special. The rooms were nice, mine - an upgrade, as I pay for the entire entourage - very spacious and the internet is amazingly fast. In the lobby, they have plants with names to take on your room. One of our crew members - Niko - had to leave the tour, and there was a plant named Nico - and Nico's girl Isa could not resist. It's a fun place, but there still is a learning curve. We staged five events - and it took us an hour to find the door we could load the equipment, the loading way was a mess - and, sorry, the restaurant was a desaster. None of us finished their meals - a rarity, and the server.... well I did not leave any tip for him which should say it all. I was seriously tempted to rate it 3 stars, but then I took a heart, and stay with four. After all, there is a chance some one looks at this and improves. The place sure deserves it, it's really a fun place.

I could see the concept they wanted to achieve with the rooms - I only wished that my room had looked half way of what they suggested they would. The breakfast was poor, my bread rolls were yesterdays, the show kitchen idea nice, but with an Auszubildende totally understaffed (it took me 25 mins to get some eggs). With a bill of almost $1000 for one night for me and my staff, I would not go again. A shame, really, as the concept was appealing, but not met. I doubt it will be met. We tried to stage an event with 120 participants there - they did not even bother to answer any of our emails.
