The destruction of one item and the failure to repress the multi-mis-pressed item is an evident indicator of the laziness and lack of attention to the important articles of clothing that one chooses to take to the dry cleaners. It would be one thing to correct this mistake, but to make matters worse and pass on it all together is another. I recommend you use the only other dry cleaners in Dodge on 2nd street downtown. They do a tremendous job of customer care, and they do a pretty good job dry cleaning as well.
