I felt I was treated as a criminal. when I was asking question and miss understood she was yelling at me. I was so shamed. yelling at me put sanitizer and it was not "would you please..." or " oh you forgot put sanitizer..." something like that. Other receptionist was kind and did her job to check whether the hair designer can do my hair earlier. I don't understand why she yelled at me " you put wrong" when I wanted to give my hair disinger tips using machine. I did not bring my glasses. so difficult enter and her attitude made me so scared. I will not go there again. she is not absolutely service person. No smiling. No welcoming. I never recommend camrose chatters unless they don't mind extremely unkind receptionist. People try not to go there earlier than your appointment or minimize to engaze the receptionist. You gonna have horrible day.

When we showed up no one even tried to get us in or to help us. Seems like no one wants to work after Christmas so am suspicious if the stylist was sick or not but either way they should have tried to have someone else cover her.
