I said I had a four-year-old in the car so I would try to maybe call around still but to plan on getting me and I would call he back IF I found someone else. Gave her my name and number and she told me she would call me when they were on their way. About an hour later, my car AC wasn't keeping up because it was a real feel of 102 out. Like I mentioned I had a four-year-old in the car so I was starting to get concerned about heat. A little over an hour after my original call I called back and no answer. I left a voicemail asking about an ETA so I can figure out a Plan B with my child. I ended up finding a friend to pick me up, and I left my car on the side of the road. Two hours after my original call, I was home, but I was still trying to get a hold of them to tow my car. I called and left another voicemail stating I was home, but I would still need my car to be towed so they could call me back. Called them again 1 hour later. No answer and still no call back. They have my number from the original call as well as I've left it in two voicemails now. I called again another hour later. No answer. Finally after five hours and 6 unanswered calls I called and left a voicemail that I no longer needed their service. Yes I knew they were on another call but it was 30 minutes away. I waited plenty long enough and still after I got home I was going to use them to tow my car. I am now writing this 24 hours later and I have never heard from anyone not even an apology from the company. It was a Sunday so less people working I get, I called other places and they were just as long as waits so I get it. But not ONE call back or update. Even now not an explanation of what happened. I went with Sheetz Towing and they had my car towed within a hour. Also noting this started at 2:30pm, they are 24/7 and this was not a middle of the night situation.

He put my Jeep in neutral and loaded it onto his towing vehicle within literally 2 minutes. I have had other providers in previous years ask me where my tow hooks are located since I have a Grand Cherokee. Mine does not have tow hooks but allows for Jhooks to be attached to the front frame. Corey did not have to ask me how to hook up my Jeep as he knew exactly what to do. His expertise shows in how he handles himself with the customer as well as how he gets the vehicle onto the truck bed. Quick sweep up by owner and outta here as sun was setting. Owner has no clue how to clean up chemical spill properly. Had A REPUTABLE company complete the tow for LESS money. I'm stuck with a driveway that looks like a diesel truck parking lot. Corey promised a cleanup by a Gutter cleaning company! They're a no show. This guys a real tool. AVOID!
