Luckily they were beyond excellent!!! I submitted my file to be printed in the early afternoon, and the poster was completed by the late evening, and delivered to the place I was staying. Unfortunately, I had fallen asleep, and I missed the delivery person. When I woke up an hour later and realized what had happened, I called and the person I spoke with was very helpful and understanding. They called a taxi and were able to get it back to me within 20 minutes. The price was also quite reasonable, comparable to the subsidized rush printing service offered at my university. I would absolutely recommend them, and would unquestionably make use of their services again if I ever needed them.

This place sells custom frames and mugs, but they also do phone repairs…read more I needed a repair for my phone that a certain (fruit) store upstairs refused to do, so I stumbled across this booth while trying to explore alternatives. The guy (Marshall) was quite clear explaining everything. Quite the eager salesman. He whisked my phone off to the repair guy. The repair took a lot longer than the promised 1h Guess they'll say anything to get the sale first. Something to keep in mind. The repairs are actually outsourced to another booth (Mobilinq) which is maybe 50m away, outside the Walmart. See my review for that place as well. See my review of Mobilinq for repair details. I would give a higher review except they broke part of my phone (unrelated part) during the repair. I had to shell out more money to get that part replaced. I understand that accidents happen, but it's a hard pill to swallow when they charge full price for something THEY broke. The good news is the repairs have all held up. They use factory parts (I'm guessing these are the parts that fail QC at the factory), as evidenced by the (sometimes covered up) logo on the parts which I saw them install. So the parts won't be 100% as good as the official repair, but 98% is good enough to be honest, especially for the price. Most importantly, I was able to get my phone working again when the fruit store told me that I was looking at a unit replacement.

I was impressed with the quality of the scans especially the book and it was returned to me in the same shape with which I lent it to him to do the job. He did not break the binding to scan the book. Turnaround time was pretty quick too, less than a week and the fee was reasonable. He has multiple scanning machines including larger ones that scan artwork. Horrible experience all around with UPS and this franchise 4974 Kingsway…read more 1 - UPS doesn't always attempt to deliver. I work from home and am reachable by phone all day. My phone and buzzer numbers are clearly written on every package, on address line 2 and additional info. I get no calls but UPS says "unable to deliver" or "recipient not available" and sticks a door tag outside my residence. 2 - The door tag says "available for pickup after 1300 next day." I brought the tag around 1800 the next day and was told it's not ready yet. So I have to come back the next next day. 3 - The package was addressed to my partner. I have ID with the same address, shipping tag, tracking number, and release code from shipper. According to UPS Canada online FAQs, this is acceptable. They refused me and wanted the ID of the recipient. As a franchise representing UPS, this location made up their own rules. Apart from wasting my time, the manager was exceptionally rude to me and walked away. Rarely have I experienced such poor and blatantly disrespectful service. Unfortunately, you cannot select which delivery service is used when placing an online order. However, you can register for UPS My Choice and select a different access point that packages will be shipped to, so you can avoid this location.
