Parking can be a pain, there is a lot at the bottom at the end of the road. Otherwise, park along the road and walk down. We were lucky to snag the last table by the beach. Great view. Just so magical. We started off with bread and fresh olive platter. We ordered the artichokes, a seafood paella for 2, a mixed paella for 2, and a carafe of Sangria. The artichokes was a chilled dish. See the photo I uploaded....it is even more savoury than it looks. I've been here 2 years in a row and have not been disappointed. The restaurant is situated on a short cliff above the beach, with a lovely view of Es Vedra. They serve different kinds of paella, you can choose with fish, shellfish (mariscos), chicken, etc. Cost is not cheap but generally worth it. The only thing I thought was not value for money was the gazapacho, not as flavourful as it should be and especially for the price (6 euros). The Sangria is WAY worth it, a must buy really. You can get the regular Sangria (red) or with Cava, which is very refreshing on a hot day. Recommended starter: Calamari a la plancha (griddled) was fresh and melted in my mouth. Another note: the local beach below the restaurant is really lovely if you are looking for the calmer Ibiza vibe. What I love about this place is that it's also family friendly. I saw a family of three generations (baby, mom and grandma) enjoy a dinner here which I thought was pretty cool. It was fun to strike up conversations with tables next to us and find out what their plans for the night was. In my opinion, Cafe Mambo is one of the best ways to start a long night in Ibiza.
