They've also got a 24 hour doctor on call. If you are traveling and in a bit of a bad way, this information may come in handy, as well as their late hours (midnight every night) for prescriptions, medicines, etc. I'm not sure what fees apply. For one thing, it's open 'til 8 pm on weeknights and it opens on saturday mornings, meaning you don't have to take time off work to consult a doctor. They also have a service which allows you to book your appointment online, which is handy as the phone is often engaged. Since moving into the area in June, I've always found it easy to get an appointment within a couple of days. The first time, I wanted advice on vaccinations I would need to travel to China and got an appointment that afternoon. I was seen by a lovely nurse who advised me on the vaccines I'd need, worked out the cheapest way for me to get them, and administered them there and then! When I went to consult a doctor, I found him attentive and friendly, which put me at my ease immediately. There's a chemist right next door too, making it easy to get your prescriptions. If you need a doctor in Wandsworth, this is the place to go!
