After the woman left they continued to laugh and make jokes at her expense. It was like they were showing off for us, so weird. After leaving I went to the McDonald's next door where I was met by Sean again where he continued his jokes. This is when I felt compelled to finally speak up on the woman's behalf. My hope is that others that were there read this and speak out. I would never return while these employees continue to work there.

What started out as a $10 or $15 purchase ended up being more than double that - because of a sales person standing outside the door. She was friendly, and approached people pumping gas, to promote her wares: cans of compressed car cleaners, and she proceeded to spray the windows and headlights. It did such a good job that we picked up half a dozen cans. Hey, you never know when you'll need your vehicle to look sharp; you might be out in the middle of nowhere, and you never know who you'll run into :-)

As with most gas stations, they have propane for sale, and this Petro also has a car wash as well. Pro tip: any Petro Canada cash wash vouchers can be used at all Petro stations (with a car wash). Useful if ever your local car wash is under maintenance. It's clean inside and the staff are actually pretty engaging and helpful, which is a nice change compared to some other gas stations.

As much as I'm a sucker for Esso (read "Aeroplan Points") and like places where I can buy gas on a Hudson's Bay Company card, this place pretty much has everything that you'd want from a gas station. I can't believe that I'd rate this place a '5' and make it my favourite gas station, but by process of elimination, there has to be a "best gas station". I suppose this one's it. It's conveniently placed close to the Queensway, has more than enough space to manoeuvre around the pumps, and has SmartPumps so that you can pay at the pump and not have to venture inside. If you do, you're treated with a decent array of convenience store goodies, as well as a fully functional Tim Horton's. The clincher at this location is the ability to get Drive-Thru Tim Horton's, as well as a car wash. Dirty cars and double-double cravings can now queue up in one of two lines. Yeah, it's a pain to buy gas, so you may as well find a place that makes it a wee bit more bearable.

Difficult to get into right now, with construction just out front - and being rush hour, it was…read morehorrible getting there! - but at $1.519, this was the best price anywhere, even better than in Prescott, which has generally been the best price for the past year!! I ended up filling up, and I'm so glad I did!! It's a tiny gas station, with only 4 pumps (if I remember correctly), but it's on a corner, with entrances/ exits from both streets. I paid at the pump; so easy! It was way easier to fill up and get going than it was to get here in the first place, which took about half an hour instead of 10 minutes, due to the volume of traffic at rush hour, and the construction.
