The store had a 10 person customer limit and one cashier open. This cashier was on her phone, and the customer she was helping was on his phone and they were obviously looking online for some product, this is not a problem, however after waiting for a while and people lining up behind me, I asked out loud if someone else knowns how to use the second register. I asked because there were 2 other people behind the counter, and I could count a minimum 4 employees in the store of 10 customers, with the only clear one working is the one at the 1 register open. After I asked the one "lady" behind the counter, I assume the supervisor, snapped at me " Calm down Sir! We are opening the register!" in the Nastiest, Bitchiest tone I have heard in a long time. I looked ate the people behind me and they were shocked as well. My blood boiled being talked to in this manner, and clearly did not feel like a welcome customer. I don't know why I continued to make the purchase, I should have walked out. Whoever owns this store needs to hear how their store is being represented. Paul
